Educators Apple Award Winner: Noemi Ramos

Congratulations to the latest Educators Apple Award winner, Riverview Bilingual Assistant Noemi Ramos!

In her role, Ms. Ramos provides valuable instructional support for students learning English. Supporting her students' parents and families with translation, interpretation, and school paperwork is also an important part of her work.

Several of the nominations for Ms. Ramos were written in Spanish, submitted by parents who are grateful for her professionalism, accommodating nature, and kindness. Today, her coworker and fan, Teacher Alden Medina, helped present her Apple Award in Spanish at a school assembly.

Winners of the Educators Apple Award receive an engraved apple trophy and framed certificate from our chief sponsor, the Gillott Home Team, a $100 VISA gift card donated by Adam Kirkpatrick Family Dentistry, and a $50 gift card for dinner provided by 1847 Bar & Grill. We thank these generous local supporters for lifting up our educators.
