Educators Apple Award Winner: Sarah Fountain
Congratulations to December Educators Apple Award winner, Riverview Second Grade Teacher Sarah Fountain!
Every nomination for Ms. Fountain used the same word to describe her: kind. But beyond her kindness, people appreciate the structure and skill she brings to the classroom: "I have noticed a big change in my daughter's reading and academic progress, and I believe Ms. Fountain is responsible."
Ms. Fountain, who said this morning that there is nothing else in the world she would rather do than teach, was given an engraved apple trophy and framed certificate from our chief sponsor, the Gillott Home Team, $100 VISA gift card donated by Adam Kirkpatrick Family Dentistry, and a $50 gift card for dinner provided by 1847 Bar & Grill. We thank these generous champions of our schools for their support.
